I entered my credit card information to buy one resume at a price of $2.7. After some time, they withdrew $24 and when I said I never used them and needed a refund, they only returned $11. These are cheap techniques to cheat customers.

I used the Zety website in August to create a resume. I paid for the service in August and completed the process.

However, Zety debited money from my account without my permission for two months, November 2024 and December 2024.

Please refund my money for these two months. Thank you.

Hello zety, I made resume but I paid it on 1 July 2024 but why did you deduct money from my bank without my permission.From July & October 2 times deducted.

SCAM! If you pay for a 14 day trial to make a download your resume it "rolls" you into a monthly subscription and you will never receive an email from the company again.

No payment processing email or new subscription starting. I've contacted BBB.

A few days ago, I made a subscription on Zety to create a resume. After that, somehow Zety saved my bank card details.

Now, today, 02-08-2024, Zety deducted $23.70 from my account without my consent and without my knowledge.

I don't need any further subscriptions.

So, I cancelled my subscription, but I didn't receive my refund.

Here is the transaction proof for your reference.

The UBL MasterCard *-0497 was charged on 02/08/24 at 12:18 PM for USD 23.70, at BLD*ZETY.C.

Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Zety deducted $23 from my account without my knowledge or consent. That's a complete scam and waste of money; people are getting scammed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the CV made through your service. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and I feel unsatisfied with the quality provided.

I subscribed to a resume builder for seven days. A month later, they debited my account with R385 for a service that I did not opt for.

Without my knowledge, they debited the amount (Rs.395). I had the worst experience with their service.
